Our building experience with Cormier was seamless. From the initial meeting with Jeff, to the selections process with Ashley, to the contract signing, and through the actual building process with Robert, we actually enjoyed the experience. They make the entire process convenient, especially with the in-office design center, collaboration with their vendors (specifically Tri-Supply and Moore Supply), and the Builder Trend program they use.

Changes were easy. They listened to our wants, no matter how interesting, and made them happen. They helped us stay in budget and they were upfront with any extra costs, down to the appliance/lighting/fixture costs and allowances. They were a phone call or email away any time we had questions and adjusted their availability to fit our schedules. If we had it to do over again we’d choose Cormier every time.

We had Cormier Homes do some remodeling in our home. They took out our old outdated wallpaper in two bathrooms, the dining room and kitchen then replaced with texture in both bathrooms and updated the wallpaper in the dining room and kitchen. Cormier’s general foreman Jeff B. also had his crew paint the cabinets and put in new counter tops in the kitchen. They really did an awesome job. Jeff’s plumber found a leak in our laundry room and had him repair the leak and repaired the texture on the wall. We also had some other plumbing work done while the plumber was here. We were so impressed with Jeff and his crew we had him come back two more times for some work on my mother’s home. Jeff was there on time, he always called us back when we had a question, and he was there until the job was finished, all the time over seeing at least two jobs at the same time.
