Our building experience with Cormier was seamless. From the initial meeting with Jeff, to the selections process with Ashley, to the contract signing, and through the actual building process with Robert, we actually enjoyed the experience. They make the entire process convenient, especially with the in-office design center, collaboration with their vendors (specifically Tri-Supply and Moore Supply), and the Builder Trend program they use.
Changes were easy. They listened to our wants, no matter how interesting, and made them happen. They helped us stay in budget and they were upfront with any extra costs, down to the appliance/lighting/fixture costs and allowances. They were a phone call or email away any time we had questions and adjusted their availability to fit our schedules. If we had it to do over again we’d choose Cormier every time.
